Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Net 10 days with approved credit.
Etching:
Etching is included free with items up to 2 lines or 30 letters. Art charges will apply $35 per job for logos and laser portrait etching
Shipping Terms:
No returns are accepted without prior authorization. No returns are accepted after 30 days from the date received. Return are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shortages and obvious shipping damages should be reported to the appropriate freight carrier. Replacement product will be sent ground free of charge.
Assembly:
There is a $3.00 per piece charge assembling unassembled items.
Mailing Boxes:
Some of our Jade glass items are not contained in boxes (items listed as “Bulk” under the Pack category). A mailing box is available for a charge of $3.50 per box.
